The Saket Lab at the Koita Centre for Digital Health, IIT Bombay, develops statistical methods to explore key questions in the biology of human diseases.

We develop and maintain a variety of open-source software tools for analyzing transcriptomics data (including both bulk and single-cell RNA-seq and Ribo-seq).

In addition, our lab is actively engaged in public health informatics, with a particular focus on disease burden estimation for antibiotic resistance. We are also interested in understanding the impact of environmental factors on health outcomes, particularly the impact of climate change on disease, birth and mortality patterns in India.
